GOC Souvenirs

The German Open Championships have a new mascot: Rumbo, the baby elephant.

The mascot is only available to buy at the GOC information stand during the GOC. Rumbo is available in the following sizes

  • small 6,-- €
  • middle 11,-- €
  • big 17,-- €

Our information team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the overall organisation of the events and will be happy to help you if you have any problems. Here you will find information about Stuttgart hotels, the city and what it has to offer. Fan merchandise is available here.

Check-In

(Hegelsaal foyer to the right of the main entrance)

Michael Schuler and his team will be waiting for you at check-in and will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The check-in closes 30 minutes before the start of the tournament.


Check-In the evening before

Participants have the opportunity to register the evening before their entry. The check-in is open from 18:00 for the next day.
You can reach the check-in 

  • via the outdoor area behind the Liederhalle (signposted)
  • via the indoor area at the check-in.

Dressing Rooms for Couples

All participating couples will get information at Check-In concerning reserved dressing rooms.

Organiser takes no liability for cloth and valuables.

Health Service

Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Stuttgart provides service in Beethovensaal and Hegelsaal. Malteser Hilfsdienst provides service in „Alte Reithalle“.

Please contact front-desk of Liederhalle at entrance Beethoven-Saal.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the Liederhalle and the "Alte Reithalle". For smokers we recommend the open-air café at the upper foyer of the Beethoven Hall.
