38 starters from 19 nations began the competition in the late afternoon. After two more rounds, the finalists were decided. The two qualified Chinese dancers fought for first and second place. The jive decided the final ranking. Mengqi Zhong had the better scores here and took gold. The silver medal went to Zijun Chen. Bronze went to Jasmin Nicole Balat from Turkey.
